Founder brief

Who should attend

Pre-seed and seed-stage founders operating in any industry will find value in this session, especially those building local relationships in Warsaw. Researchers, mentors, and early investors looking to support nascent ventures also benefit from participating in the bi-weekly community exchange.

What happens

Venture Café Warsaw hosts this in-person evening gathering starting at 18:00, centering entirely on open networking and community building. Attendees connect informally across the room without formal pitch competitions or stage presentations, creating space for candid conversations about early-stage startup progress.

Who's in the room

Participants include pre-seed and seed founders, active local investors, mentors, researchers, and general innovators from across the Warsaw ecosystem. The gathering brings together diverse individuals focused on building startups and collaborating on practical projects regardless of specific sector bounds.

How to prepare

Bring a clear, concise verbal summary of what your startup is developing and the specific challenges or partnerships you are exploring. Since there is no formal pitch platform, focus on holding relaxed, two-way dialogues and exchanging contact details for continued offline follow-ups.
