Founder Institute is hosting a free in-person mixer at Warsaw's CIC Innovation Campus on November 19, 2026, bringing together artificial intelligence builders, investors, and operators for open networking.
You have watched enough webinars. What you have not done is talk to the people building in this city.
No stage, no slides, no panel. A short opening, structured introductions so nobody is stranded, and then the evening is yours. Founders at every stage, local investors with no obligation to pitch or be pitched, and operators who can actually help with something.
Register now. Bring what you are working on and what you are stuck on.

What You'll Learn:

Who is building what in Warsaw right now, from the people building it;

Which local investors are active and what they are looking at;

What the operators in the room can help with;

Where the local ecosystem is strong and where it is thin;

How to keep the conversations going after the night ends.

Who You'll Meet: VC investors, startup operators and founders as well as FI Warsaw team.

Who Should Attend:

Founders at any stage building in or near Warsaw;

Professionals considering starting something who want to meet people who did;

Local investors and operators looking for early deal flow and talent;

Anyone who prefers a conversation to a webinar.

Additional Resources: Find more Startup Events, browse the Founder Institute Mentors active in your region, or follow <a h
Founder brief
Who should attend
Founders building at any stage in or around Warsaw will find value here, as will aspiring entrepreneurs considering launching a venture. Local investors seeking early deal flow, startup talent, and operators who want to connect directly with active builders should also plan to attend.
What happens
Participants gather at 18:00 without panels, slides, or stages to sit through. Following a brief opening and structured introductions designed to help everyone integrate quickly, the remainder of the evening is dedicated entirely to open conversation about current projects, ecosystem gaps, and practical operational challenges.
Who's in the room
Attendees will interact with venture capital investors, startup operators, founders across diverse stages, and representatives from the local Founder Institute Warsaw team. Investors participate without formal pitching pressure, creating a casual environment focused on candid discussion rather than formal presentations.
How to prepare
Formulate a concise explanation of what you are currently building alongside one specific bottleneck where you need advice or assistance. Because formal pitches are absent, focus on conversational clarity so you can easily discover relevant collaborators, exchange contact details, and follow up effectively after the gathering concludes.
