Founder brief

Who should attend

Founders building in aerospace, defense technology, autonomous systems, and hardware will gain valuable tactical context here. Engineers and strategists tracking modern electronic warfare and uncrewed aerial systems will find the operational focus especially relevant.

What happens

Starting at 18:30, the gathering centers on how Ukrainian drone tactics have influenced NATO doctrine. Attendees will explore modern uncrewed warfare developments through informal discussion and shared operational perspectives in an in-person meetup format.

Who's in the room

Hosts Tom Charman, Dom Kennedy, and Bobby Glasco convene the group under the Seldon Community banner. Participants include Bay Area defense technology builders, aerospace operators, and engineers interested in current tactical applications.

How to prepare

Without formal pitch slots on the agenda, plan for focused conversations on defense autonomy, supply chains, and rapid hardware deployment. Review current uncrewed aerial tactics ahead of time to contribute specific viewpoints to the room's discussions.
