Registration targets Dutch-registered companies offering technology-based products or services focused on innovation and growth across sectors like AI, deeptech, climate, fintech, and healthtech. Each business is limited to a maximum of two attendees. The setup favors teams aiming to expand internationally and build European partnerships.

What happens

Following a late October online prep session, the program opens November 9 with a welcome reception, workshop, and opening event. The next three days feature presentations, NL Lounge activities, matchmaking meetings, an 11 November Dutch networking gathering, and potential visits to local innovation hubs and incubators.

Who's in the room

Project Manager Maarten Schweers leads the delegation hosted by the Netherlands Enterprise Agency, supported by Dutch diplomatic missions. Stage presenters and participants include venture investors such as Albert Wenger from Union Square Ventures, Alex Niehenke from Scale Venture Partners, Abdul Ly from Initialized, and Amy Cheetham from Costanoa Ventures.
