The rev team is thrilled to be returning to Level 39 this December for another incomparable episode of insights, information and relationship-building for the most ambitious founders!

rev is our reverse-pitching series where we invite leading and emerging investors to showcase their propositions to you - pre-seed to Series-B founders.

We’re hosting rev from 16:00 to 18:00 at Canary Wharf’s Level 39, London's iconic melting pot of innovators, investors, industry experts and ambitious entrepreneurs driving change across the sectors that dictate our experiences in daily life and bring a major financial and social impact - FinTech, Cyber Security, Data & AI, GreenTech, Life Sciences and more.

As a startup founder, you have hundreds of other things to do, so we’ve structured rev to deliver fast, efficient insights to make the best use of your time.

Founder brief

Who should attend

Founders from pre-seed to Series B stages seeking capital will find value in hearing investor theses firsthand. It particularly benefits leaders building in FinTech, Cyber Security, Data and AI, GreenTech, and Life Sciences who want to vet institutional partners before applying.

What happens

Activity runs from early afternoon into the evening, starting with warp check-in and ten-minute talks, followed by rev check-in at 3:30 PM. From 4:00 PM, venture capitalists each give five-minute pitches followed by two to three founder questions, closing with drinks and networking at 6:00 PM.

Who's in the room

Level39 hosts a gathering of UK venture capitalists, accelerator leads, and startup founders spanning multiple tech domains. The dynamic flips typical pitching dynamics, placing investors on stage while entrepreneurs evaluate their criteria and firm cultures.

How to prepare

Review your stage and sector focus beforehand so you can quickly identify which presenting funds match your current roadmap. Bring concrete, direct questions to ask from the floor during the brief question windows following each investor presentation, and keep your business card or portfolio link handy for the evening drinks.
