About

Harvard Ventures is a student-run undergraduate entrepreneurship and venture capital group based in Cambridge at Harvard University. Founded in 2011 and operated by a small team of three, it functions as the largest undergraduate organization of its type on campus. The group focuses on supporting student founders right from day zero, offering a launchpad for emerging ventures regardless of their industry.

What they run

Activity centers entirely on the Boston area, where the group has hosted six gatherings since starting their public programming in 2025. Their lineup includes two pitch nights alongside four general events geared toward early venture development. At present, all past sessions have concluded and there are no upcoming dates scheduled on their immediate calendar.

Who attends

The crowd brings together early-stage entrepreneurs, primarily student founders seeking support at the pre-seed and seed phases. Because programming remains completely sector-agnostic, participants come from a wide mix of industries to pitch ideas, exchange feedback, and connect with peers navigating the earliest steps of building a company.
