About

SQ Collective is a Singapore-based community organization established to support local professionals and entrepreneurs. Operating entirely within Singapore, the group focuses on creating collaborative spaces, regular programming, and professional touchpoints across the city. Since launching its first gatherings in 2026, the collective has built an active presence aimed at connecting founders, creators, and operators through practical, routine meetups and working sessions.

What they run

The organization has hosted thirty-six gatherings in Singapore, predominantly casual meetups alongside occasional mixers, workshops, and a conference. Regular recurring series include Co-work Fridays at SQCo - The stage, SQCo Friday Design Jams featuring Meng To, Founders' Mondays in The Work Room, and Female Founders Reset sessions. With thirteen upcoming sessions scheduled, the upcoming calendar features regular co-working meetups, ongoing Founders' Mondays, and a brand and content workshop for B2C business owners.

Who attends

The community primarily draws startup founders, designers, and B2C business owners looking for peer connection and dedicated work time. Regular attendees include female entrepreneurs participating in morning wellness and networking sessions, digital designers joining live design jams, and early-stage operators attending weekly co-working and Monday founder forums. The audience centers on working professionals seeking practical peer collaboration rather than high-level theoretical discussions.
