Tech Weekend by Founders Village

About

Tech Weekend by Founders Village is an event organizer focused on the Bay Area tech ecosystem, with activities centered in Menlo Park, California. Active since 2026, the group operates across sectors without a single industry limitation. Its programming is designed to bring together the startup community through focused gatherings that blend discussions, competitions, and informal networking opportunities.

What they run

The group has eleven events in its portfolio, including seven past gatherings and four upcoming dates. Their formats lean heavily on pitch nights, followed by conferences and mixers. Next on the schedule are Menlo Park gatherings in November 2026, including Startup and VC Day, deep tech pitch competitions, and multi-day conference sessions featuring venture capital panels and happy hours.

Who attends

The crowd consists of startup founders and venture capital investors drawn to pitch competitions and industry panels. Because the organizer runs sector-agnostic conferences alongside targeted deep tech sessions, participants range from technical builders pitching their companies to venture capitalists looking for deal flow and general ecosystem professionals connecting during mixers.
