Founder brief
Who should attend
Founders, operators, and software engineers working within artificial intelligence will find direct value in attending. Companies looking to showcase their technology can secure a demo table for 200 USD to present their products directly to regional peers.
What happens
Running from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at The Mint, the gathering focuses entirely on an active expo floor. There are no stage programs or keynotes scheduled, leaving the full four hours open for continuous product walkthroughs and unscheduled conversations.
Who's in the room
Participants include decision makers, technical leads, and teams from over 30 Kansas City businesses developing AI solutions. The environment is designed around hands-on interactions between builders and local industry professionals seeking practical partnerships.
How to prepare
Set up a clean, reliable offline backup for your software demonstration so technical hiccups do not derail your conversations. Prepare a crisp, two-minute explanation of your product's architecture and practical value to quickly engage people walking past your station.
