Who should attend

Founders building in AI and machine learning with substantial budgets can consider this gathering. Given the 15,000 USD ticket price, it aligns best with established entrepreneurs or well-capitalized operators seeking senior research and engineering perspectives from major tech organizations.

What happens

Starting at 18:00 on November 8, 2026, the evening follows a mixer format organized by Dr. Paul Fang and the Bay Area Founders Club. Discussions center around frontier artificial intelligence, with structured opportunities to hear from invited industry leaders over dinner without formal pitch sessions.

Who's in the room

Around fifteen attendees will assemble alongside featured speakers Ed Chi, VP of Research at Google DeepMind, Xuedong Huang, CTO at Zoom, and Yuandong Tian, co-founder of Recursive. The host is Dr. Paul Fang, founder of the Bay Area Founders Club.

How to prepare

Review current developments from Google DeepMind, Zoom, and Recursive prior to arriving. Since there are no formal pitching slots, frame your talking points around technical challenges, scaling questions, and industry directions that invite high-level conversational exchange over dinner.
