Founder brief

Who should attend

Early-stage founders across any sector looking to meet peers, operators, and potential backers in the Bay Area will find value here. It also serves professionals working within growing companies who want informal touchpoints across the local startup ecosystem.

What happens

Attendees gather on a San Francisco rooftop starting at 18:30 for open mixer interactions. Without formal pitch sessions or scheduled presentations, the format centers entirely on direct conversation and networking among the attendees.

Who's in the room

Host Stephan Rihs joins fellow founders, operators, and investors gathered by NYC Founders & Operators and Sahar Mor. Participants represent a broad cross-section of the local ecosystem spanning multiple industries.

How to prepare

Refine a concise, two-sentence explanation of what your venture builds and what problems your team currently faces. Since conversations move fast in an open mixer setting, have a clear objective for the contacts you want to meet and keep digital contact details handy.
