Who should attend
Tech founders from any sector seeking candid peer feedback will find this relevant. If you run a company and want honest discussions about operating difficulties rather than polished investor pitches, this focused morning gathering fits your schedule.
What happens
Proceedings kick off at 08:00 with brief introductions where everyone shares a 30-second elevator pitch alongside a startup disaster or hard lesson. Attendees then move into paired problem-solving discussions, followed by an open group conversation addressing top-voted scaling challenges before wrapping up at 09:30.
Who's in the room
Around 13 tech founders join hosts Miriam Deas and Andrew Browning in a small-table setting. The room gathers entrepreneurs across various industries who are actively dealing with growth bottlenecks and mutual operational support.
How to prepare
Refine a crisp thirty-second summary of your company, and pick out one genuine operational misstep or hard-earned lesson you are comfortable dissecting with peers. Arrive ready to candidly discuss your current bottlenecks and offer practical feedback to the person sitting next to you.
