Founder brief
Who should attend
Founders operating across the Bay Area who want an in-person mixer setting will find value here. It offers a practical destination for entrepreneurs looking to build peer connections in Sunnyvale without paying admission fees.
What happens
Check-in begins an hour early at 8:00 AM at 539 E Weddell Dr, with free on-site parking for arrivals. The schedule kicks off officially at 9:00 AM for an open mixer environment focused on direct conversation rather than structured stage pitches.
Who's in the room
CIBA Startups Team organizes the gathering, drawing local founders and startup community participants across the region. Attendees converge over the two days to meet counterparts, swap experiences, and discuss their ventures informally.
How to prepare
Bring concise conversational talking points about your venture instead of slides, as there are no formal pitch opportunities. Plan to arrive during the 8:00 AM check-in window to secure a parking spot and settle in before official programming starts at 9:00 AM.
