What happens

Attendees check in at 6:00 PM before moving into a thirty-minute structured networking session. Pitch presentations run from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, giving each selected startup seven minutes to explain their business strategy and traction, followed by an hour of casual networking and refreshments.

Participants include angel investors, venture capital scouts seeking fresh deal flow, and fellow tech founders. Industry advisors and technology professionals also attend to evaluate startup presentations and explore strategic collaborations.

How to prepare

Founders holding speaker tickets should practice delivering their unique value proposition, traction metrics, and roadmap cleanly within the seven-minute window. Keep your pitch deck accessible for follow-up conversations during the opening and closing networking hours.

  4. 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM · Casual Networking & Refreshments — Relax and enjoy refreshments while engaging in purposeful conversations. Discuss collaborations, exchange insights, and nurture relationships that could transform into tangible business outcomes.
