Who should attend

Pre-seed and seed founders with MVPs, bold ideas, or early traction should join, particularly those building in AI or seeking capital. The room also welcomes builders searching for co-founders, startup advisors, accelerators, and active angel investors or venture capital partners scouting early deal flow.

What happens

Attendees check in at 6:00 PM for initial introductions before a structured interactive networking session at 6:30 PM. Live startup pitches run from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, giving selected founders five to seven minutes to present their ventures, followed by casual networking and refreshments until 9:00 PM.

Who's in the room

Participants include angel investors, VC partners, early-stage fund representatives, and deal scouts looking at nascent teams. Alongside them are technical builders, creatives, advisors, and founders pitching novel business models and exploring collaborative partnerships.

How to prepare

If you are selected to present, rehearse your deck to fit comfortably inside the five-to-seven-minute pitch limit. Non-pitching founders should prepare a clear one-sentence summary of their product and concrete objectives for the interactive networking session, along with a readily shareable pitch deck for interested scouts.

  2. 6:30 PM – 7:00 PM · Opening & Interactive Networking — Interactive networking is designed to help participants define objectives, identify synergies, and create meaningful connections that could lead to collaborations and partnerships.
  3. 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM · Startup Pitch Session — Startups present their ventures to investors and industry experts. Each speaker has 5-7 minutes to convey their unique value proposition, business strategy, and target market. This is where ideas meet opportunity. After each pitch there is a Q&A session with audience.
  4. 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM · Casual Networking & Refreshments — Relax and enjoy refreshments while engaging in purposeful conversations. Discuss collaborations, exchange insights, and nurture relationships that could transform into tangible business outcomes.
