What happens

Proceedings begin at 6:00 PM with registration and curated networking. At 7:00 PM, selected founders present their AI and IT projects during a one-hour live pitch session with audience questions, followed by an hour of post-pitch conversations until 9:00 PM.

Around forty attendees gather in the space, creating a small, focused crowd. You will sit alongside seed-stage founders, co-founders, early-stage tech investors, venture scouts, and ambitious industry professionals working across emerging technologies.

How to prepare

Selected presenters should refine a tight pitch covering technical defensibility, commercial traction, and current funding needs to make the most of the live question period. Non-pitching founders should come with clear conversation objectives and follow-up links ready for the dedicated networking hours.
